Product delivery

The products are delivered anywhere in the country through courier services in a maximum of 2 working days.

Delivery of products abroad is done by private courier service (DHL / DPD / TNT).

The cost of transportation abroad is borne by the customer.

We do not assume responsibility for any delays or costs of the shipment if they are caused by the carrier.

Product warranty

Warranty: 24 months

Warranty certificates are issued in accordance with the legislation in force.

The guarantee certifies the quality and reliability of the equipment and is granted under the conditions in which the product has been used and stored in accordance with the instructions given by the manufacturer. Thus, when requesting the warranty, it is necessary to present the defective product, together with the related accessories, a copy of the tax invoice and a copy of the warranty certificate. If the products become unaccompanied by these documents, the products may be returned to the applicant / consignor without the warranty being resolved.

The maximum amount of damages that can be paid by SVT ELECTRONICS SRL to any customer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amount collected by SVT ELECTRONICS SRL from this customer.

If the product received has a physical defect (it is hit, scratched, cracked, chipped, broken) we recommend that you refuse delivery. If, however, you have accepted the package, we recommend that you do not use the product and notify us of the situation within 48 hours of delivery.

Return

Products ordered online that have as delivery method: lifting from the working point, do not benefit from return (they have the possibility to be checked and to test their functionality at the reception). We reserve the right to verify and accept or refuse the return of the product, in case the Consumer returns the product due to lack of functionality and / or physical defect.

Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring other costs than those provided in, art.13 paragraph (3) and art.14 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, within 14 calendar days starting from the day when it enters the physical possession of the product. Return costs are borne by the Consumer.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, the accompanying documents). Products that show physical changes, blows, shards, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return.

The Seller will reimburse the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of informing svtech.ro by the Consumer about his decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return, in a bank account.

Svtech.ro will be able to postpone the refund of the value of the product until the receipt of the product sold or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped, if svtech.ro has not offered to recover the product itself (the most recent date will be taken ).

In order to benefit from the return of the products according to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the company must be contacted by phone or e-mail, at the latest on the 14th calendar day from the date of picking up/receiving the product. Complaints after this period are not taken into account. Also, the product must come into our possession at the latest on the 14th calendar day from the date on which the Consumer communicated to svtech.ro his decision to withdraw from the contract.

The return of the products can be done by courier or post or coming directly to the headquarters of svtech.ro, but not before filling in the return form and receiving our acceptance.

If several products of the same type have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is only accepted if the products are sealed.

At the time of shipment or when you arrive at svtech.ro headquarters, the package must contain a copy of the invoice or receipt.

Products in one or more of the following situations may not be returned:

1. The product no longer has the complete original packaging in which it was delivered,

2. Identification tags are damaged or missing.

Online payment

Online secure payment with card via Netopia MobilPay.

Cash on delivery

Refund payment by Fan courier. The order is paid when you receive the package from the Fan courier representative. Using this method, you will have to pay two things: firstly, the refund of the package (the exact amount of the order), and secondly, the cost of the transport of the package, which will be paid at the destination. Using this method, you can make the delivery to any location (home, work, etc.). The recipient’s address does not need to match the delivery address.

Bank transfer

Bank transfer – the preferred method. The preferred payment method for customers with legal personality. The bank transfer will be made according to the invoice received by e-mail, the original invoice being present in the package. The order will be processed after we receive the payment confirmation by email. The invoice will not contain the payment of the transport (by one of the two available methods), in this way the package will reach you with the obligation to pay the transport fees.
