By this Policy we would like to inform you about the way we collect, use, transfer and protect your personal data based on the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

  1. Principles of Personal Data Processing

SVT ELECTRONICS SRL as Operator processes the personal data of its natural person clients, of representatives of legal persons and of other natural persons that interact with the company and/or enter into agreements.

Personal data are:

  • processed legally, fairly and transparently;
  • collected for defined, explicit and legitimate purposes and are not later processed in a way that is incompatible with the above purposes;
  • adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary regarding the purposes for which they are processed;
  • exact and updated on time;
  • kept in a format that allows the persons in question to be identified for a period of time that does not exceed the period necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which the data are processed;
  • processed in a way that insures the adequate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or illegal processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damaging, by taking appropriate technical and organisational measures.

 

 

  1. What data is processed and to what end

In the context of acquiring SVTech PRISM, in order to register and honour the orders placed and to fulfil our legal obligations or to respond to information requests, depending on the customer’s nature (natural person/legal person) we mainly process the following personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IBAN account number, invoicing address and/or delivery address.

SVTech PRISM clients are able to register their RPISM by scanning the QR code and setting up an account where they can save the history of the measured values in the cloud managed by SVT ELECTRONICS SRL and to visualise online in real time statistics with the measured temperatures.

The results of the stored measurement data in the SVT ELECTRONICS SRL  cloud do not qualify as personal data according to the provisions of Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council regarding personal data protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and free movement of these data, and the repeal of Directive No. 95/46/EC, given the fact that these are anonymous and cannot lead to the identification of the person in question by SVT ELECTRONICS SRL.

The client is solely responsible for the development and implementation of the internal policies and procedures of measuring the temperature of the persons in question, in order to comply with the national and European legislation, including legislation regarding personal data protection.

In case of the visitors of the website it is possible that we are going to collect data through cookies or other similar technologies, such as: IP address, type of browser, location, pages visited on our website, time spent on our website, internet network, device used.   1. Legal grounds on which data processing is based

Your data are processed in order to be able to enter into and fulfil different agreements and in some cases to comply with legal requirements bounding to us. Furthermore, some activities of data processing are done with your previous consent or in order to achieve the legitimate interests of our company.

 

  1. What is the duration of the processing

Personal data are stored to be processed during the necessary time period for achieving the purposes of processing described in this policy and later on based on legal requirements.

 

  1. To whom do we forward personal data

As the case may be, we can forward or grant access to certain personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • courier service providers;
  • marketing services providers;
  • IT services providers.

In cases that the law requires us or it is necessary in order to safeguard our legitimate interests, we can also divulge certain personal data to the relevant authorities.

SVT ELECTRONICS SRL implements technical and organisational measures in order to ensure a high level of security and protection of personal data. We are using methods and technologies of security combined with policies applied to our personnel and work procedures, including control and audit, in order to protect collected personal data in compliance with legal provisions.

Any of the data subject can exercise the following right as provided by the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

  • the right to access;
  • the right to rectification;
  • the right to erasure;
  • the right to restrict processing;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right to object;
  • rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling;
  • the right to address the ANSPDCP /The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing/ and the courts of law.
